
Sony ericsson unveiled a new high-end touchscreen handset at ( MWC ) Mobile World Congress called "Idou" a 12 Mp Camera . Sony Ericsson Idou includes class-leading features like a 12-megapixel camera (no CyberShot) with Xenon flash, 3.5-inch widescreen touchscreen display, and DLNA-compatible WiFi and GPS receivers.

It is the first device from Sony Ericsson to run on the new Symbian Foundation platform. The open-source Symbian Foundation OS is being built upon Nokia's S60 user interface and the Symbian OS.
Although Idou is a prototype, and even doesn't have an official name yet, the full announcement will be available by early Summer of 2009 which will contain its final name, full specs, and expected availability date.
