Windows to Linux and Finally Mac

After using windows for many many years now i have decided to switch to mac. Specially when i started using iphone I always use to wonder that how amazing iphone is so what about macbook or imac . I did some digging and finally converted to mac.
just two days before i purchased a macbook 2.0ghz and i am really in love with it, looks wise, performance wise, interface is superb and this is the only laptop which welcomed me on startup, says welcome in different language.
I got frustrated many times because i am used to windows layout, keyboard shorcuts, prog Formats + all my work is in external hard disk which i am not able to use it with mac , the worst part is I dont know any programs for mac, i have a list of software names from which i can download but i dont know what are they for e.g toast (i have no idea) found out that it's similar to nero ahhaaa seee but i have no regrets just need some more time to figure everything out. The main thing is I am damn happy with it.
